# Quick-start checklist: go live in under an hour

> This is the fast track.

This is the fast track. By the end of this checklist, your AI will be answering real customers — usually in under an hour. Each step links to a fuller guide if you want the detail; otherwise, just work down the list.

## Before you begin

* An active Cura account and your sign-in details.
* Admin access to at least one messaging channel (e.g. your LINE Official Account, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business number).
* Your business basics handy: services, prices, opening hours, and your most common customer questions.

<Note>
  1. Sign in and set up your workspace.
  2. Connect your first channel.
  3. Train your AI.
  4. Test it.
  5. Turn it on and watch.
</Note>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign in and set up your workspace">
    * **Sign in** to Cura. See [Signing in for the first time](/getting-started/signing-in).
    * **Complete first-time setup** — name your workspace, add your location, and confirm your timezone. See First-time setup.

    <Check>You have a workspace at the right local time.</Check>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect your first channel">
    * **Open Integrations → Channels** from the main navigation.
    * **Choose the channel your customers use most** and follow the short guided flow. For many businesses in Thailand, that's LINE.

    <Check>A channel is connected — messages will now flow into your Inbox.</Check>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Train your AI">
    Spend the most time here — it pays off in every conversation.

    * **Build your Knowledge Base** with documents about your business and policies.
    * **Add Services and prices** so the AI can quote and book accurately.
    * **Add FAQs** for your most common questions.
    * **Set the AI's tone** and how it should hand off to a human.

    <Check>Your AI knows your business.</Check>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test it">
    * **Send a test message** from your own phone through the connected channel.
    * **Watch the reply** appear in the Inbox. If something's off, fix the matching Knowledge Base entry, FAQ, or Service.

    <Check>You've seen your AI answer a real message.</Check>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go live and watch">
    * **Turn on the AI** for your channel using the per-channel **Master AI** switch. See [The Master AI switch](/ai-agent/master-ai-switch).
    * *(Optional)* **Set an AI schedule** so it only replies during business hours. See [Setting an AI schedule](/ai-agent/ai-schedule).
    * **Stay in the Inbox** for the first day — you can **take over** any conversation instantly.

    <Check>Cura is live. You're answering every customer in seconds.</Check>

    <Tip>
      Bring in a teammate to share the load while you set up. See [Inviting your team to help set up](/getting-started/inviting-your-team).
    </Tip>
