# Connect LINE OA

> Connect LINE Official Account messaging to Cura using LINE Messaging API credentials.

## Overview

LINE OA integration routes LINE Official Account messages into Cura so your team can reply from the same workflow used for your other connected channels.

## What this channel supports

* Inbound and outbound messages from a LINE Official Account
* Unified queueing, assignment, and escalation in Cura
* Shared reporting and conversation history

## Requirements

Before setup, prepare:

* A LINE Official Account
* A LINE Developers provider and Messaging API channel
* Channel access token and channel secret
* Admin access in both LINE and Cura

## Setup

1. In Cura, go to **Settings > Connect channels > LINE OA**.
2. Click **Connect LINE OA**.
3. Enter your LINE channel credentials:
   * Channel ID
   * Channel secret
   * Channel access token
4. Copy the webhook URL shown in Cura.
5. In LINE Developers, enable webhooks and paste the Cura webhook URL.
6. Send a test message from LINE and confirm it appears in Cura.

## Recommended LINE configuration

To avoid duplicate replies, disable overlapping auto-responses in LINE if Cura automations are handling first response.

## Troubleshooting

* If webhook verification fails, ensure the URL is public HTTPS and copied exactly.
* If messages are delayed, check LINE webhook delivery logs.
* If outbound replies fail, rotate the channel access token and reconnect.
