Before you begin
- You’ll need access to the Reports page — that means you’re an account admin or a workspace manager. Team members don’t see Reports.
- Set your time period and workspace filters first — refreshing and exporting both follow whatever filters you currently have selected.
Cura builds your reports from a daily snapshot of your data, so the page loads fast and the numbers stay consistent. Snapshots are recomputed automatically on a regular schedule (roughly every 12 hours), so most of the time you don’t need to do anything.
1
Check when your data last updated
- Near the top of Reports, look for the Last updated label (for example, “Last updated 2 hours ago”).
- This tells you how fresh the numbers are. If it reads Awaiting first refresh, your reports are still being prepared for the first time.
You now know how current your numbers are.
2
Use Refresh Now for the latest figures
If you’ve just made changes — closed a batch of conversations, logged new bookings — and want them reflected immediately:
- Click Refresh Now. Cura recomputes your reports on the spot and updates the page.
- Wait for it to finish. The button shows a spinning icon while it works, then the Last updated time resets.
Your reports now reflect the most current data available.
3
Export your report data
When you want a copy to keep, share, or analyze in another tool:
- Click Export on the Reports page to open the export window.
- Tick the metric groups to include — Core Performance Metrics, Conversation Analytics, Response Time Analytics, Channel Analytics, Agent Performance, Booking Analytics, Contact & Growth Analytics, Priority Analytics, Conversion Analytics, and Message Flow Analytics. Use Select All / Deselect All to toggle them in one go, and include only what you need.
- Click Export. Cura downloads a JSON file named
cura-report-<date>.json, covering your selected metric groups and scoped to your current time period and workspace filters.
The export is a structured JSON file (not a spreadsheet), so it’s best opened in a tool that reads JSON or imported into your own analysis. It includes the export date and the filters that were applied.
You’ve exported a copy of your reports to use outside Cura.
Troubleshooting
- Refresh Now seems to do nothing. It’s likely rate-limited from a recent refresh. Wait a few minutes, then try again.
- My export is missing a section. Check that you ticked that metric group before exporting, and that your selected time period actually contains data.
- Numbers look lower than expected. Confirm your time period and workspace filters — a narrow window or a single workspace will naturally show less than “all workspaces.”
