Your profile is your personal identity in Cura — your name, email, and photo. Keeping it up to date helps teammates recognise you on conversations and assignments. By the end, you’ll have updated your name, photo, and the details your team sees.

Before you begin

  • You only need to be signed in — anyone can edit their own profile.
  • Have a square photo handy if you’d like to add or change your profile picture.
Your profile is personal to you. It doesn’t change anything for your teammates or your organization — for company-wide details, see Organization settings.
Cura manages your profile through your secure account dialog. The same dialog is where you manage your name, photo, email, password, and connected sign-in methods.

1

Open your profile

  • Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the profile menu, then open Profile.
  • The account dialog opens, showing your current name, email, and photo.
2

Update your name

  • Edit your first name and last name. These appear wherever your actions show up — assigned conversations, handoffs, and team lists.
  • Use the name your colleagues know you by so it’s easy to tell who’s handling what.
Your name is set and visible to your team.
3

Add or change your photo

  • Upload a clear, square profile photo.
  • A recognisable photo makes a busy shared Inbox much easier to scan — teammates can tell at a glance who took over a conversation.
Your photo is updated.
4

Review your email and security

  • Your email is the address tied to your Cura sign-in. Manage email addresses, your password, and other sign-in methods from the Security section of the same dialog.
  • Keep a sign-in email you actually check, since it’s where account-related messages go.
Your profile is complete — name, photo, and sign-in details are all current.

Want alerts when new messages arrive? Those are set up separately. See Notifications and push alerts.
