Before you begin
- The email address you used (or were invited with) to join Cura.
- Access to that email inbox, in case you need to confirm a sign-in code or link.
1
Open Cura
- Go to the Cura web app in your browser. We recommend a recent version of Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
- Bookmark the page so you can come back to it quickly each day.
2
Sign in
Cura handles sign-in securely through Clerk, our trusted login provider. You won’t need to remember a separate Cura password if you sign in with an email link or a connected account.
- Enter your email address on the sign-in screen.
- Choose how to sign in — follow the on-screen option, whether that’s a one-time code sent to your email, a magic link, or a connected account.
- Confirm your identity if prompted, then you’re in.
You’re signed in — Cura now knows who you are.
3
Land in your account
The first time you sign in to a brand-new account, Cura takes you straight into a short setup wizard. It starts with your website: you paste a link, Cura reads your site, and it drafts your AI before you confirm a few basics. We cover the whole flow in First-time setup.
Already part of a team that’s set up? You’ll land in the Inbox instead, ready to start working.
Troubleshooting
- The sign-in code or link didn’t arrive. Check your spam folder, wait a minute, and request a new one. Make sure you typed your email correctly.
- You landed in an empty account. You may have signed in with the wrong email. Sign out and try again with the address your invitation was sent to.
- You’re stuck on a loading screen. Refresh the page, or try a different browser. A private/incognito window rules out browser extensions getting in the way.
