What it is

Cura gives you a public, no-login link to a live chat with your AI. Open it, and you’re talking to the same assistant your customers will — trained on your business, answering from your Knowledge Base and Services. You can hand this link to anyone: a partner, a teammate, a friend who’ll poke holes in it — or just open it yourself to see how the AI sounds. It works before and without connecting a channel, so you can try Cura the moment you finish setup, with nothing to install. Every message a visitor sends through the link lands in your Cura Sandbox inbox, so you can watch the conversation arrive in real time.
This is a demo and testing surface, not a customer support channel. Each link runs for 7 days and has a message limit. When you’re ready for real, ongoing conversations on your website, use the embedded Widget instead — see the comparison below.

Where to find and copy it

The link lives on your Get set up checklist, under the Try Cura live step.
1

Open Get set up

Open the Get set up checklist from the sidebar and select the Try Cura live step.
2

Scan the QR code or copy the link

On the right, Cura shows a QR code plus two buttons:
  • Open chat — opens the live chat in a new tab on this device.
  • Copy link — copies the full URL so you can paste it into a message, email, or chat.
The raw link is shown below the buttons too. On a phone, scan the QR code with your camera to open the chat there.
3

Share or test it

Send the link to whoever you’d like — or open it yourself. Anyone with the link can chat with your AI; no Cura account needed.
Open the link in a new tab and keep your Inbox open in another. As you chat through the link, the conversation appears live in the Cura Sandbox inbox — a quick way to see both sides at once.

What a visitor sees

The link opens a clean, standalone chat page — no Cura sidebar or app shell, just the conversation. It shows:
  • Your business name at the top, with the note “Demo — replies powered by Cura.”
  • An opening greeting: “Hi! Ask anything about our services, hours, pricing, or how to book — I’ll answer from what we’ve shared with Cura.”
  • A message box to type into, and a running “demo messages left” counter.
The visitor types a question, and the AI replies live in the chat. They reply in whatever language the visitor writes in — Thai in, Thai out; English in, English out.

It uses your real AI

The link is not a canned demo. The AI answers from the exact same knowledge your live agent uses: Edit any of that, and the shared link reflects the change immediately. That makes it a fast loop for testing and teaching: share the link, spot a wrong answer, fix the Knowledge Base, and the next message answers correctly. Your AI mode is respected here too, just like on any channel:
  • Autopilot — the AI replies to visitors instantly.
  • Copilot — the visitor’s message lands right away, and the page shows a note that a teammate reviews replies before they’re sent. The reply follows once you approve it in the Inbox.
  • Off — the page tells the visitor Cura is paused and the team will reply. See the master AI switch.

Limits and lifespan

Because this is a demo surface, the link is deliberately bounded:
  • 7-day window. Each link expires 7 days after it’s created. After that, visitors see a “Demo expired” message.
  • Message cap. Each link allows a set number of messages. When it’s reached, visitors see a “Demo limit reached” message and the counter hits zero.
  • You can revoke or regenerate it. Generating a fresh link resets the count and extends the window; revoking one stops the old URL working immediately.
Treat the link like a shared password. Anyone who has it can chat with your AI and use up the message allowance until it expires. Regenerate the link if it’s been shared more widely than you intended.
Both let people chat with your AI, but they’re for different jobs.
Use the public link to try and share your AI today. When you’re ready to take real conversations on your website, add the Widget — or connect a messaging Channel.
