Overview

LINE OA integration routes LINE Official Account messages into Cura so your team can reply from the same workflow used for email, web chat, and social channels.

  • Inbound and outbound messages from a LINE Official Account
  • Unified queueing, assignment, and escalation in Cura
  • Shared reporting and conversation history

Requirements

Before setup, prepare:
  • A LINE Official Account
  • A LINE Developers provider and Messaging API channel
  • Channel access token and channel secret
  • Admin access in both LINE and Cura

Setup

  1. In Cura, go to Settings > Connect channels > LINE OA.
  2. Click Connect LINE OA.
  3. Enter your LINE channel credentials:
    • Channel ID
    • Channel secret
    • Channel access token
  4. Copy the webhook URL shown in Cura.
  5. In LINE Developers, enable webhooks and paste the Cura webhook URL.
  6. Send a test message from LINE and confirm it appears in Cura.
To avoid duplicate replies, disable overlapping auto-responses in LINE if Cura automations are handling first response.

Troubleshooting

  • If webhook verification fails, ensure the URL is public HTTPS and copied exactly.
  • If messages are delayed, check LINE webhook delivery logs.
  • If outbound replies fail, rotate the channel access token and reconnect.
