By the end of this guide, Cura will have read your website, drafted your AI, and pre-filled your Workspace, Knowledge Base, and Services — ready for you to review and go live. It happens once, right after you sign in, and it takes only a few minutes. The fastest way to set up is to let Cura read your existing website. You paste a link, Cura reads your pages, and it drafts everything it can — your business name, where you are, your services and prices, and how your AI should talk to customers. Then you review it and make it yours. No website? You can fill in the basics by hand instead.

Before you begin

  • A public website URL — your homepage, a landing page, or even your menu or services page. Any public page works; you don’t need to find the “perfect” one.
  • If you don’t have a website, that’s fine — you can set everything up by hand instead (see If you don’t have a website below).
  • You’ll have signed in already. The first time you sign in to a brand-new account, Cura takes you straight into this setup.

1

Paste your website link

On the Let’s start with a link screen, type or paste your website address into Your website URL and click Continue.
  • Cura will read the page and start drafting your AI’s identity, policies, and services. You’ll review everything before anything goes live.
  • You don’t need https:// — Cura adds it for you.
Any public page works — your homepage, a landing page, or your menu. If one page doesn’t have much on it, Cura also looks through the rest of your site for your services and prices.
2

Let Cura read your site

Cura now reads your website. This usually takes 45 to 90 seconds, and it only happens once.Behind the scenes, Cura reads your homepage, maps the rest of your site, and takes a closer look at your top service, menu, and pricing pages. As it works, you’ll see it tick through:
  • Reading your homepage
  • Found supporting pages on your site
  • Drafting your services, identity & policies
  • Polishing the first draft of your AI
From everything it reads, Cura drafts your business name, location, timezone, currency, language, your Services (with prices where your site shows them), and guidance for your AI — who you are, how you sound, how you operate, how you handle things, and when to hand a conversation to a human.
This deeper read only happens at signup. After this, updates to your knowledge land in seconds.
3

Review what Cura found

If Cura found any services or guidance, you’ll land on Here’s what Cura found — everything it drafted, shown as a checklist with each item ticked.
  • Read down the list — your services, then guidance grouped by Who we are, How we sound, How we operate, and so on.
  • Uncheck anything that’s wrong or that you don’t want. The count at the top shows how many of the drafted items you’re keeping.
  • Click Looks good when the list reflects your business.
Only the items you keep are used to set up your AI. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
4

Confirm the basics

On Confirm the basics, check the details Cura drafted and edit anything that’s off:
  • Workspace name — your business name, as customers know it.
  • Timezone — used for scheduling and working hours.
  • Currency — what you price in.
  • Default response language — English or Thai, the language your AI replies in by default.
  • Logo — keep the one Cura found, upload your own, or remove it. You can always set one later.
Every field here is editable now and later in Settings. When it looks right, click Enter Cura.
5

You're in

Cura finishes building your workspace and drops you on your setup checklist with a warm welcome. Your Workspace, Knowledge Base, and Services are pre-filled, and your AI is configured and ready to review.
Setup is done — your account is built from your own website, in your own words.

What Cura sets up for you

When you click Enter Cura, here’s what gets created from what you approved:
  • Your Workspace, named after your business, with your timezone and currency saved.
  • Your Knowledge Base — the guidance you kept, saved as approved knowledge your AI can draw on (identity, voice, policies, procedures, and escalation rules).
  • Your Services — a row for each service you kept, with prices where your site listed them.
  • Your AI, configured and set to Copilot mode — it drafts replies for you in the Inbox, but nothing sends to a customer automatically until you’re ready. See The master AI switch.
  • A few sample conversations in your Inbox so you can see how Cura handles messages before a real customer ever writes in.
The sample conversations live in a demo channel — they’re there for you to explore, not real customers. Connecting your first real channel is the next step.

If you don’t have a website (or Cura finds little)

  • No website? On the first screen, click Don’t have a website? Set up manually. Cura skips the reading step and takes you straight to Set up your workspace, where you fill in your workspace name, timezone, currency, and language by hand.
  • Cura read your site but found little? You’ll skip the review checklist and go straight to confirming your basics. You can add your services and knowledge yourself afterwards — see Adding services and prices and Build your Knowledge Base.
  • Cura couldn’t read that site? You’ll come back to the link screen with a short message. Double-check the address for a typo, or choose Set up manually.

Next steps

Your AI is drafted, but it can’t talk to customers until a channel is connected — and it’s worth a quick look before it does.
  • Connect your first channel — link LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or a website widget so real customers reach you.
  • Review your AI — check the knowledge and services Cura drafted, and see how your AI will answer.

Troubleshooting

  • “We couldn’t read that site.” Check the URL for a typo, make sure the page is public (not password-protected), and try again — or set up manually.
  • The business name or details look wrong. Everything on the Confirm step is editable. Type over anything Cura got wrong before you continue.
  • A price is missing. Cura only fills in a price when your site clearly shows one — it never guesses. Add missing prices later in Adding services and prices.
  • It seems stuck on “Building your workspace.” The read can take up to 90 seconds. If it doesn’t finish, refresh and try the link again, or set up manually.
