1
Sign in and set up your workspace
- Sign in to Cura. See Signing in for the first time.
- Complete first-time setup — name your workspace, add your location, and confirm your timezone. See First-time setup.
You have a workspace at the right local time.
2
Connect your first channel
- Open Integrations → Channels from the main navigation.
- Choose the channel your customers use most and follow the short guided flow. For many businesses in Thailand, that’s LINE.
A channel is connected — messages will now flow into your Inbox.
3
Train your AI
Spend the most time here — it pays off in every conversation.
- Build your Knowledge Base with documents about your business and policies.
- Add Services and prices so the AI can quote and book accurately.
- Add FAQs for your most common questions.
- Set the AI’s tone and how it should hand off to a human.
Your AI knows your business.
4
Test it
- Send a test message from your own phone through the connected channel.
- Watch the reply appear in the Inbox. If something’s off, fix the matching Knowledge Base entry, FAQ, or Service.
You’ve seen your AI answer a real message.
5
Go live and watch
- Turn on the AI for your channel using the per-channel Master AI switch. See The Master AI switch.
- (Optional) Set an AI schedule so it only replies during business hours. See Setting an AI schedule.
- Stay in the Inbox for the first day — you can take over any conversation instantly.
Cura is live. You’re answering every customer in seconds.
