Before you begin
- You’ll need Admin or Manager access to the workspace.
- Gather your menu: each service’s name, description, price (in ฿), and any promo price.
- Services are per-workspace — set them up for each location you run.
Services are one of the things that ground your AI, alongside your Knowledge Base (documents) and FAQs (question-and-answer pairs). Services are the structured, exact source for prices.
Services are for price quotes, not scheduling. They don’t set how long an appointment runs — manual bookings are one hour long, and the AI proposes one-hour slots. There’s no duration field on a service.
1
Open Services
- Open your workspace settings and go to the Services section.
- Confirm you’re in the correct workspace.
2
Add each service
Choose Add Service and fill in:
- Title: what customers call it (e.g. “PRP facial”, “Botox consultation”).
- Description: a short, plain explanation the AI can share when asked.
- Price (฿): the standard price.
- Promo Price (฿): an optional discounted price — set it when a service is on offer, and your AI quotes it automatically.
- Content URL and images (optional): a video link or photos the AI can share to illustrate the service.
Your AI can now quote accurately instead of guessing or deferring to a human.
3
Keep services active and current
- Activate the services you currently offer and deactivate ones you’ve retired, so the AI never quotes something you’ve dropped.
- Update prices when they change. Because Services are exact, they take priority — keeping them current keeps the AI honest.
Your service menu is live and powers accurate quotes in every conversation.
Troubleshooting
- The AI quoted an old price. Update the service’s price (or promo price); structured Services override anything in your documents.
- The AI quoted a service you no longer offer. Deactivate the service so it drops out of quotes.
