Before you begin
- Open a conversation in the Inbox.
- You can switch between Open, Snoozed, and Resolved views at the top of the conversation list.
1
Resolve a finished conversation
When a conversation is done — question answered, booking made — resolve it.
- Click Resolve in the conversation header.
- The conversation moves out of your Open list into Resolved, where it’s kept for your records.
You’ve resolved the conversation — it’s off your active list but never lost.
2
Snooze to deal with it later
Some conversations aren’t finished but don’t need you this minute — you’re waiting on the customer, or it’s a tomorrow job. Snooze it.
- Snoozing moves the conversation into the Snoozed view so it’s out of your way for now.
- Open the Snoozed view to pick it back up whenever you’re ready.
Snoozing is for “not now,” resolving is for “done.” When in doubt, snooze — you can always resolve it later.
3
Reopen when you need to
Conversations are never gone for good.
- Switch to the Resolved or Snoozed view and open the conversation.
- If the customer replies to a resolved conversation, it comes back to your attention so you don’t miss them.
You can always reopen — resolving and snoozing are reversible, never destructive.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t find a conversation you closed? Switch the list from Open to Resolved (or Snoozed), or use search.
- Resolved by mistake? Just reopen it — nothing is deleted by resolving.
