Before you begin
- You’ll need Admin or Manager access to the workspace.
- Working hours and timezone are set together in Business Availability.
- Working hours are per-workspace, so each location can keep its own schedule.
1
Open Business Availability
- Open Bookings. With a single workspace selected, the Business Availability panel appears alongside your bookings.
- Check you’re in the right workspace — the panel applies to whichever workspace is selected.
2
Set your timezone
- Choose your timezone. Your working hours and reminder times are all interpreted in it, so set this before anything else.
Cura now knows which timezone your hours are in.
3
Set your open hours for each day
- Turn on the days you’re open with the switch next to each day, and leave the rest off.
- Set start and end times per day. Many businesses differ by day — e.g. shorter hours on weekends. Set each day to match reality, then Save Changes.
Cura now knows your weekly schedule and will keep every suggested time inside it.
How availability is worked out
When the AI proposes times, it looks at your open hours for the next several days and offers one-hour slots that aren’t already taken by another booking. In other words: your free slots are your working hours minus whatever’s already on your calendar.Suggested slots are one hour long. There’s no per-service duration that changes slot length, and there’s no separate breaks/lunch setting — to close part of a day, set that day’s start and end times around the gap.
Troubleshooting
- The AI offered a time I’m closed. Re-check the day’s hours and your timezone, and confirm you’re editing the same workspace the conversation belongs to.
- No slots are ever offered. Make sure at least one day is switched on with open hours set.
